Cabinet with raffia doors

This delicate little cabinet features typical design elements of the 1960s such as the curved sides and short tapered legs.

Inspired by the designers  Florence Knoll and Dieter Waeckerlin, we covered the sliding doors using lightly colored raffia weaving. The coarsely woven, irregular structure of the material gives the furniture a comfortable warm character.

The door handles are made from thick burgundy felt.
